A proven track record in media sales across agency and client, Lucasta Stephen has been at DStv Media Sales (DMS) for 21-years. Lucasta has experience across TV, digital, and radio; and her specialities include leadership, strategy, sales, relationships, customer service, and negotiations. She has worked across various departments at DMS and is currently the Head of Sales SA & Marketing where she oversees four teams; namely Client Sales in Johannesburg and Cape Town, Digital & VoD, and Trade Marketing & Communications. Her daughter, family and friends mean everything to her – she values these relationships as they humble and ground her. Her passions are travelling, good food, superb wine, and being with wonderful people. She loves Pilates, music, reading, and a good dose of TV.
