Kyle de Klerk

Kyle De Klerk, in his role as Director: Sports Business and Commercial at the Walt Disney Company Africa, oversees the ESPN business across the African continent. His key focus centres around the expansion of the ESPN offering to television and digital audiences, commercialization through sponsorships and ad sales, rights acquisitions and development of key intellectual properties including the West African Football Union (WAFU) and the Southern African boxing series. Previous to his role at the Walt Disney Company Africa, Kyle served as Commercial Director at Fox International Group in Africa, Director of Global Partnerships at the NBA (National Basketball Association) and Head of Business Development at Chelsea Football Club in London.
